Privacy and cookie policy
This page explains what data aui-brand.com collects, why, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights. Last updated: 28 August 2026.
1. Who controls your data
The data controller is AUI Group (AUI TECHNO SARL and AUI Brand & Corporate SAS), whose workshop and offices are located at Nouvelle route Nkolbisson, opposite OLA Energy, Yaoundé, Cameroon.

2. What data we collect
We collect two categories of data, and nothing beyond them.
2.1 Data you send us
When you complete the contact or quotation form, you provide your name, email address, telephone number, the name of your organisation and the content of your message. This information is used solely to handle your enquiry: preparing a quotation, arranging an installation, routing an after-sales request or assessing a distribution partnership.
Legal basis: your explicit request, and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
Retention: 3 years from the last exchange, then deletion or anonymised archiving.
Recipients: the sales, technical and after-sales teams of AUI Group. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
2.2 Audience measurement data
If — and only if — you consent through the banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site, which pages are useful to them and which countries they come from.
The data collected is aggregated and does not identify you: page views, visit duration, device type, country, referral source (search engine, social network, direct link), and a few actions useful to our reporting (downloading a technical datasheet, clicking a phone number, submitting a form).
We have disabled Google Analytics advertising features: no Google signals, no ad personalisation, IP address anonymised.
Legal basis: your consent.
Retention: 14 months maximum within Google Analytics.
Transfer outside Cameroon: data transits through Google LLC servers. Google adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

No advertising cookies, no social-network cookies and no third-party trackers are set on this site.
4. External services
Two resources are loaded from third-party servers to display the site: Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). These requests set no cookies, but your IP address is visible to Google while the fonts load.
Links to our YouTube, Facebook and X pages take you to third-party platforms governed by their own privacy policies. No content from these platforms is embedded in our pages.
5. Security
The entire site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries received through the form are handled in our Google Workspace business mailboxes, protected by two-factor authentication.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you, as well as the right to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time, without affecting your browsing.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@aui-brand.com stating your request. We reply within 30 days.
These rights are granted to you by Cameroonian law No. 2024/017 on personal data protection and, if you reside in the European Union, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Changes
This policy may change if we add a service or a measurement tool. Any substantial change will be signalled by displaying the consent banner again. The last update date appears at the top of this page.
